As reported by Hungarian journalist Katalin Halmai, the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union is planning to organise a hearing about the situation of the Rule of law in Hungary in October under the Article 7 procedure. A hearing about the situation in Poland is not on the agenda. Read her tweet.
