PermalinkEU Law Professor Alberto Alemanno notes that the European Parliament is seriously split on the Rule of law question. Renew Europe group and Greens/EFA have the numbers to submit the motion of censure on the Commission but not to adopt it. The motion for censure may delay the adoption of the Council implementing decision on Poland’s Recovery and Resilience Plan. Read his thread.
