PermalinkRule of law crisis in Poland is breaking down the foundation of the EU legal order. A German court has referrered a request for a preliminary ruling to the CJEU. The national court asks the Luxemburg court to ascertain whether it is allowed not to recognise a judgment of its Polish counterpart. Read the request.
